Have you thoroughly checked the website?

The website contains most of the information that you will need to make an informed decision about the camps that we run. Remember to check out each of our centres, all the activities that we provide, and the way we program those activities together.

Contact us for any further information.

If you have any questions, queries or comments after checking out our website please feel free to contact us by phone/fax/email.

Have you had a camp at any of our centres before?

  • Yes : Just contact us and book in your dates. Also let us know of any changes that you want to make to the previous program.
  • No : Please fill in the following booking form or just flick us an email to with the details of your camp.

If contacting us for a brand new booking please provide us with the following information to allow us to help you get things moving

  • The approximate number of students
  • If you have a preference for a particular campsite (Morisset, Wyee, Gosford or Forster)
  • The time of year you're looking to come to camp (e.g. Term 1, 2, 3 or 4)
  • If you have a preference for particular days of the week (most camps are either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday)
  • How many days you would like your camp to run for (most camps are for 3 days, however, we are able to run camps for any length of time or even just a day visit)
  • Aims and objectives (e.g. Syllabus based programs - Crossroads, Peer Support, Anti-Bullying, Rock and Water, Study Skills, PD/H/PE or just a fun camp)

What happens next?

Once you've provided us with the above information we will send out a list of available dates for you to choose from. As all our centres are in high demand especially in our peak seasons it is best if you email us back as soon as you can to place a tentative hold on your preferred dates. You can then check with "the powers that be" that you can go ahead with the camp and get back to us with confirmation. Once we have received this we will send out the 1st organisation package which will help guide you through all the processes involved with your camp along with a booking deposit to secure your dates.

We are here to help you out with any questions you have along the way and we will contact you around 3 months prior to your camp to see how you are going with your numbers and to send you the 2nd organisation package to help you collect the information required to finalise your details.

We will stay in close contact with you while you work out how many students are coming, and what activities you would like them to participate in. During this time we can also send a staff member to your school to talk to the students, teachers and/or parents and provide them with valuable face-to-face camp information.

A week or two before the camp date we will ask for final attendance numbers. This allows us to finalise our timetables and programs. All you need to do after that is pack the bags on the buses when they arrive at your school, and enjoy the trip.
